I hope the new owners of this Magical Midcentury Marvel are soaking up the rays, sipping cocktails by it’s enormous pool, because that is what Arrowtown Construction built this place to do! This haven for entertaining boasts close to 4,000 square feet of living area with a 3,000 square foot deck and a nice large pool. The horse stables and landscaping add to it’s charm.
Arrowtown Construction really worked with the owners to bring out the essence of a classic time when the all American mansion was only a dream to most. With 4 bathrooms and 5 bedrooms, the team here at Arrowtown were really able to show off their dynamic side by finding the right mix of old world and modern midcentury.
A lot of hard work and communication with the owners and designer throughout the project proved once again that Arrowtown Construction is the right choice of contractors here in the Sonoma Valley.
